Battlefield 5 - purebeau69 - 05-05-2016

I'm sure you peeps already know this but Dice is announcing and releasing a teaser for Battlefield 5 tomorrow.  About half of the fans think it's Battlefield 1943 and the other half think it's Battlefield 2143 so who knows lol.

RE: Battlefield 5 - Stynzerman - 05-05-2016

I am curious!!

Personally, I loved BF 2142. Titan mode was a blast and the weapons / vehicles were insanely fun to use and sounded amazing. I wouldn't mind at all if they announced a sequel to this to compete with the futuristic trend CoD is continuing. That being said I also wouldn't mind a return to WWII lol. I guess the only announcement that would disappoint me would be more of the same modern warfare type stuff.

not to sure we have the numbers to keep another server populated...I am always interested in our own server but it has proven to be to much work for a clan our size...but like I said I am always interested in our own server..it brings in new friends

RE: Battlefield 5 - purebeau69 - 05-10-2016

I'm going to reserve judgement until I actually see the game in action. My very first reaction was that the WWI setting wasn't the right fit for a BF game from a multiplayer perspective. Ignoring the slow and methodical approach to trench warfare the weapon technology of this time I didn't think would mesh well. There were no bazookas, RPG's, stingers, grenade launchers, etc. It will be interesting to see how Dice manages to balance out vehicular combat with infantry combat. Hopefully a tank or an attack plane don't become overpowered because there aren't enough deterrents to take them out.

We'll see how it shapes up.

I will love it then lol.
Probably not much for snipers either.
Excellent.
